Exhibit/Poster Hall Schedule

The Exhibit/Poster Hall is located in Orange Ballrooms A-D and Foyer 1 (Lower Level).

Premium exhibitor booths and tabletops are in the Foyer 1 (Lower Level), directly outside the Orange Ballrooms, Orlando IV-VI and the Orlando III Ballroom.

All Posters will be located and on display in Orange Ballrooms A-D and Foyer 1 (Lower Level) only. All breakfasts, lunches and refreshment breaks will be served in the Foyer 1 (Lower Lever). During Sunday and Monday’s Poster Receptions and Dedicated Exhibit Hours, there will be a hosted bar and light refreshments in both Orange Ballrooms A-D and Foyer 1 (Lower Level). 

Breakfasts, Lunches and Refreshment Breaks will be served in Foyer 1 near the Premium Booths and Tabletops.
