REGISTRATION COMING MAY 7, 2024!

EARLY BIRD DEADLINE

To take advantage of early bird registration rates, register by Wednesday, August 7, 2024. After August 7, standard/onsite rates will apply. 

PRESS REGISTRATION

The ANA welcomes media and is interested in partnering with reporters to disseminate exciting neurology news from the 2024 ANA Annual Meeting. Reporters representing a recognized news organization, including freelancers who contribute to such organizations, are welcome to attend. 

MEMBERSHIP

ANA members enjoy reduced Annual Meeting registration fees. Membership dues for 2024 must be paid by Wednesday, August 7, 2024, in order to qualify for reduced registration fees.

PAYMENT

Registration must be paid online using a valid credit card (VISA, Mastercard, and American Express ONLY). Wire transfers are not accepted for individual registrations. Full payment must accompany all registrations and registration will not be final until payment is received.

CANCELLATION POLICY

To cancel your registration and receive a refund, a written request with your registration confirmation must be received by Wednesday, August 7, 2024. Please send your request to Jennifer Summers, Meetings Manager at jsummers@myana.org. Cancellation requests received by this date will receive a refund minus a $50 processing fee. Refunds will be processed after the Annual Meeting. All requests received after August 7 will forfeit 100% of monies paid.

Letters of Invitation are available to registered participants only. If you require a letter of invitation, please submit a request to Jennifer Summers at jsummers@myana.org
