Annapoorna Bhat Ramachandra, MD, PhD

Dr. Annapoorna Bhat is an Associate Professor in the Department of Neurology at the University of New Mexico. She joined UNM in 2017. She is board-certified in neurology, epilepsy, and clinical neurophysiology. Dr. Bhat has been involved in residency recruitment since 2019. Dr. Bhat was the diversity, equity, and inclusion liaison for the University of New Mexico, Department of Neurology from 2019-2022. She has been the residency director for the University of New Mexico since 2022. The program has successfully recruited diverse residents.
