Dr. Michelle E. Ehrlich, M.D., attended Brown University and Cornell University Medical College. She is Board Certified in Pediatrics and Child Neurology, and conducted postdoctoral research with Dr. Paul Greengard at The Rockefeller University. She has been at Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai (ISMMS) since 2007. Her laboratory focuses on mouse modeling of disease, including Alzheimer’s, and transcriptional regulation in disease, particularly in the basal ganglia. She plays a major role in the ISMMS component of the Accelerating Medicines Partnership-Alzheimer’s Disease (AMP-AD) consortium, during which she became involved in the study of the role of innate immunity and AD.
