Dr. Julie Ziobro is a K08-funded pediatric epileptologist and basic scientist at the University of Michigan, mentored by Dr. Jack Parent. Her clinical interests include evaluation and targeted treatment of genetic developmental and epileptic encephalopathies (DEEs). Her basic science research focuses on rodent modeling of genetic DEEs in order to understand pathophysiologic mechanisms and potential therapeutic targets.
